1. The company shall retain title to allgoods supplied by us until it has recieved the payment in full of all sums due from the buyer.
2. In the case of collected goods, no claim for shortage will be considered once the goods have left our premises.
3. In the case of goods despatched by parcel post or road carriers, no claim for shortages or damage will be considered unless in writing and recieved by us and the carrier within 7 days of the despatch from our premises.
4.Terms strictly 30 days net for offline orders.
5. All the buyers terms and conditions are excluded from the sale.
